By creating an account or using Tarati online features, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Tarati provides an online platform to play the Tarati strategy board game (designed by George Spencer-Brown). The service is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis.

2. Accounts

• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• Choose a username that does not impersonate others or contain offensive language.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Guest accounts are temporary and expire after 24 hours of inactivity.

3. Fair play

• Do not use automated tools, bots or external assistance to gain rating points.
• Do not deliberately disconnect to avoid losses.
• Do not abuse the rematch or draw-offer features to harass opponents.

4. Conduct

• Usernames and bios must not contain hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
• Do not use the service to spam or distribute unsolicited messages.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Severe violations (cheating, abuse) result in immediate permanent bans with no appeal.

6. Intellectual property

The Tarati game concept was created by George Spencer-Brown. The software, graphics, and design are the work of Agustín Gomila. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the application.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and are not liable for any loss of rating, game history, or account data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
